2-days Beginners PLUS
A course for you, if you have never taken a kayaking course before but want to really lay down a good foundation for your upcoming paddle adventures!
Beginners PLUS is suitable for whomever has never taken a sea kayaking course before. This is the middle-ways option between out 1-day Beginners course and 2-day Continuations course. During two days we will go through the basic skills in kayaking. Through this course we have the opportunity to give you an extended foundation in kayaking compared to our 1-day Beginners course. During these days we mainly work towards EPP (European Paddle Pass) Level 1 (yellow) as well as progression towards EPP Level 2 (green). If the participants meet all the standars they’ll recieve the EPP Level 1 after the finished course. Hopefully after this course you will feel comfortable enough to rent a kayak and do a trip on your own (preferably together with a friend).
The course starts at 9.30 both days and will go on until 16.30. We will adjust the course depending on the weather, which means we’ll start off the first day with going through what your course will look like. You yourself arrange your accommodation for the night between the course days. If you want to you can take your course kayak and paddle out to an island and camp there for the night.
